Fair comments. The daughter graduates next week and I'll get it detailed and only wife and I'll be using it.
Is "bridge" loan some insane high rate while you wait for house b to sell? I'm kinda in this spot too
We are ~around 85% good with just SSN, we are chasing the rest
Our financial place is account based; not customer based. So we have many systems where "Bob Jenkins" is the same as "Robert Jenkins"; and SSN isn't always reliable; but the MDM approach to compare more than SSN, DOB, email, etc to arrive at a golden record would get us there.
Any success stories using some sort of MDM solution?
Lol, appears I can go this direction
Found it! Says had variance but approved as studio. Was in inspector notes.
Ok, so it's a permitted studio, smells like I can put a bathroom in it
Taxs show they are getting me on the square feet. Not seeing this certificate mentioned anywhere tho
The county shows this house I'm looking at that an outbuilding is called an "apartment".
The appraisal report calls it a studio. Are they both the same thing? It's a niclely heated 650 sq foot room, no bathroom, sink or cooking spots connected to the carport
Does this imply I can turn it into an apartment or ADU?
Somewhat similar, credit union in WA
Is this even legal? What if I'm a better candidate but I'm Muslim?
I know many articles of pros and cons of collecting early, but we are leaning on collecting SS as early as possible. 58 and house and all vehicles paid for, considering the 60 leaving the job

Title company told me to just download the contract or buy it from Staples, and they take it from there
Said it could all be done via email, didn't need wet signatures on contract
I just hired an appraiser guy for two homes. Said the bank usually always accepts his for when I get a buyer.
About to list my rental property, unexpectedly higher than expected, but smaller town $325k. My primary appraised nuts high at 850. But if someone assumes rest of my loan at 3.2%, that could be a winner
