On her first season at the reunion she gave some background. She grew up in upstate New York I think, and then wanted to get out of the small town so started waitressing which eventually landed her a job as a hostess at some of the best restaurants in the city. Her last name was Tremont. She mentioned visiting a sister sometime so we do know she has a sibling

I do have a bit of sympathy for Sai cuz this is rough. As someone who followed her on social media for years prior to RHONY I was so excited for her to be on this cast cuz she seemed so fun , it was so dissapointing to see how this season panned out. I hope she gets another season to redeem herself.
