Thanks. I’m between a hotone ampero control and the paint audio midi captain which has 10 switches and has a preset for HX stomp as well as being configurebale

Do you know if the paint audio midi captain can work in controlling the looper in HX stomp?

You mean like in the first two seconds

Ahh okay sick thanks! I still can’t decide what to get. I’m now between a cheap footswitch and a more expensive expression pedal (like the mvave chocolate and a boss ev30) or a more expensive footswitch like the ampero control, blackstar live logic 6, paint audio midi captain, or ampero cintrol, and a cheaper pedal) struggling, lol

Sweet thanks. I wasn’t sure because I think I’d need to do “midi thru” the HX stomp and I believe it receives trs for midi and would need to send it through a regular midi cable to ableton somehow. I’m pretty overwhelmed. Trying to decide between the ampero control 4, Mvave chocolate, and the Behringer fcb1010

Thanks. Do you know if it can control ableton? Also wondering if it can control ableton and HX stomp at the same time…

So what do you do with 0-6? Also wondering if there are configurations you can download for HX stomp

So it works will with ableton?? I’m wondering if it will work with ableton and the HX stomp at the same time

Do you one of it works with ableton? Also wondering if it could work with ableton and the HX stomp at the same time. Trying to decide between it and the ampero control

Aubrey plaza. She’s also not even hot but somehow is seen as such. She was okay in the last thing I saw her in but otherwise pretty bad IMO

I saw this on acid like three days ago on the beach. My polarized sunglasses made it even more pronounced. Why is it called sun dog…?

Thsnks! I’m looking at the ampero control now which is supposed to be easy to program

Sweet thank you! Well damn, I am pretty torn now…I was about to pull the trigger on this hotone bundle. But am now unsure if I should do that over the Behringer. I’m really just speculating on most of this and I’m not even sure what I actually need.

It seems like the main variable between the two is… the Behringer seems tough to configure (though I am confident I could.. and I think there are HX stomp configurations you can download somewhere? I couldn’t find any though) whereas the hotone controller has an app that is supposed to be really great. Intuitive, easy, and has HX stomp configurations. I’m still not sure about any of this but it seems like these are my main two contenders.

Amen. Fuck the WSL. So disappointing. I’m not even going to get into the extensive list of incompetencies. I was so excited to watch this event as I do every other, but fucking gave up once it got to the quarter finals and we were forced to use the shitty ass app/site. Found out who won before I could even start the semifinals because of their stupid fucking app, yet again. Someone needs to be fucking fired it’s such a joke.

Hey man, just wanted to ask… I just ordered and HX stomp and am pretty overwhelmed at what foot switch to get.

I don’t need something super small since it’s just for my studio. Also Wondering if it Would it be better to have more buttons than just 3? I was looking at the Behringer fcb1010 that has two pedals and ten switches. I’m just sort of lost especially since I don’t really know what specifically I need buttons to do. One important consideration is that I will have the HX stomp on my desk and can touch all of the buttons and knobs on the unit, so I'm wondering how much I really need a switch for. I do know that I want a footswitch on the ground at least for looping. Would love some insight if you’re able to!

This is cool, man. I’m looking for a studio setup for an HX stomp I have coming tomorrow. I can’t figure out what to get midi switch wise… I don’t need something super small since it’s just for my studio. Would it be better to have more buttons than just 3? I know you can do combinations of buttons as I saw in a video but it looks complicated and I’m wondering if something else would be better. Commenting on [Question] anyone here own a Behringer FCB 1010 pedal? I need to ask some questions...I’m reading this five years later. I just got an HX Stomp that arrives tomorrow. I saw someone demoing a jet micro pedal that has just three buttons and they were using combinations of buttons to do all sorts of things, so I assumed this would be easier having 10, not to mention the pedals. Apparently it’s super old though. Wondering if it’s worth getting one used for 95$ and if this is even something I’d want/need for the HX stomp. It seems pretty overwhelming. I have experience with midi in ableton. Is it worth getting? Do you know if there’s any benefit with this over the smaller pedals like the jet micro that’s “made for HX stomp” or the Morningstar pedals etc… ? Thanks. Also wondering if it’s overkill since I’m just using it in my studio
