That monkey deeeestroyed me the first couple times. Has so much posture for some reason.
blocking is easier though and at least you are protected while blocking just in case, vs you are open as hell during ichi
A real hero would be someone that would just scan everyone’s badge. Rotate who goes in for the week and that way you don’t have to go in as much.
yea, we said "The CPU" most often, but when we would talk about the elements of what its doing or something about how it behaved in the game, we would say "The CPU's AI"
Not only did he not win over fence sitters, there are some of my neighbors that are life long dems that said after that debate they can’t vote for him…
They need to replace him.
I’m going to go out on a limb here and say he wasn’t even going after her?
Looks like he used her to get inside the building, maybe to go do something nefarious to someone else that lives in the building, or not even “bad” but just desperate like a dumped boyfriend that wants to go talk to his ex and convince her to stay with him, that kinda thing. But he gets to the elevator and then realizes it’s a stupid idea, she already said no many times and stopped talking to him a week ago. So he bails on it and just goes home/goes somewhere else.
Meanwhile, The girl thinks attempted kidnapping is what was going on the whole time, because she was taught — and rightfully so — to be aware of strangers and anything that looks suspicious.
I dunno. When she turns left and then backs up to to turn right, he literally half a second later enters the elevator hallway. He definitely saw her go that way. If he was trying to grab her he would have stopped after she got in the building, because at any point in any part of the building she could have screamed.
That’s a lot of piss
Your examples are good ones, but there are certainly valid reasons to get tattoos. Especially if they have cultural or religious significance.
The silly part to me is that no one can be a good judge of character of someone they only sparsely interact with online. Paying $2.00 for a streamer’s bot read your message is not a friendship, or even interaction.
Even with the ones that actually read your chat messages and have short discussions with you, or nevermind the chatting just watching them stream, they are performing: that is not who they actually are in almost all cases.
You have to consider that a lot of the people that got big streaming kinda just got lucky doing it. Yes there are exceptions, like Shroud who was a pro CS player before becoming a big streamer, but for the most part these people were nobodies just hoping to make money streaming because they had no other plan or goals in life. Not having a goal or plans in life doesn’t make you a bad person, but my point is people like that are a dime a dozen: they aren’t special, they just know how to be entertaining on a screen and they got lucky that enough people started viewing them on the regular.
TL;DR You can’t judge someone’s character when all you do is see them in “entertain mode” on a screen.
Love this. My dog would definitely go to the coffee shop just down the street and proceed to sit there and bark until they gave him a pup cup. I have no doubt about it.
He’s talking about the 4 monkeys boss at the end of the temple section of the game, before you get the mortal blade
These bosses are all about the stealth and shurikens. Also, if you can’t sneak up on any given monkey there are rooms dedicated to defeating them. The one has the waterfall in it to mask sound so the hearing one can’t hear you coming. The one who can see super well there is a room you can make dark so he can’t see you approach in the dark.
Do they sanction mandatory breaks/days off in US Olympic team? I would think some of these injuries would be from overuse and repetitive stress and not always from blunt/forced trauma such as falling or coming down hard on a muscle or ligament.
Dogs care about…
Food
Sleep
Play
Attention
That’s about it
It’s way less focused on leveling. There are prosthetic and combat skills to level up and assign skill points to, but they aren’t mandatory by any means. It’s just more preference of what you want to use. Your player naturally levels up his damage as you kill bosses, and your health is leveled up by items you find in the world/killing mini or main bosses.
Lethal is the best way to play, imo. I played it during my first run as well.
Well done. I didn’t take any damage when I finally did beat him, except a couple hits in his last phase, and even if I did take more I would have still had my revive. Getting into that flow and confidence with the bosses is a great feeling, especially after succumbing to them so much.
Nice, ya I guess that was a bad guess to make on my part, every LAN and convention was playing quake III in that time period
It still sorta lives on in Quake Live, which you can play out of your browser. Only like 3 to 400 people play if I remember correctly
It was a lot of fun. Can make a lot of good memories and some new friends. This still exists today ,Although to a smaller extent, at PAX. They have an open PC LAN area at PAX East, I imagine they do at the other locations too
I would think so, yea, because the light would still be projecting outwards and wouldn’t just disappear. It’s not like you’re turning on the lights from a fixed point; they are attached and moving with you. You aren’t outpacing it since the light when you turned it on, is also traveling at the speed of light.
But maybe I’m wrong I dunno I never took physics
Soo is this the job market?
