I was going to say the same thing. We've been 1 game away from .500 about 6x now and we end up losing. Gotta get over that hump.

100% agree. The new coaching regime is just working with the talent/situation that was handed to them.

Get rid of the whole gather-step nonsense and just make it 2 steps and you either pass or shoot. And enforce carrying the ball. Luka/Tre/etc carry the ball on almost every possession (i.e. their hand goes underneath the ball).

So backup your words and go secure a new job and put in your notice. Problem solved.

Some clown on FB was saying that Torey should be fired for how the season has gone - he was even blaming the injuries on Torey. If you were to say that our top 3 starters would all be out for significant time this season and we had a near .500 record at the All-Star break, I would say Torey should be voted mid-season COTY.

Not sure why your statement was downvoted but it's the truth. Our talent on the defensive side of the ball was bleak last season. Hopefully we can show improvement!

Mike James can kill it all he wants in Europe but he really didn't have a spot in the league. In his 40ish game NBA career, he shot less than 40% from the field and 30% from 3. As a shoot-first small guard, that's not cutting it.

He definitely has matured, especially on the offensive end. He was basically a black hole on offense while on the Suns. If you passed him the ball, you weren't getting it back.

They once gave up 107 points at halftime to the Phoenix Suns. I remember watching that game as there was talk of Phoenix scoring 200 points against the Nuggets with their style of play.

Me too! My anxiety just shot through the roof reading a few of the responses.

100% a "Keim-time special" that would set us back. Of all the positions of need this team has, especially on the defensive side of the ball, we're going to spend $32M+/year on a WR? Is everyone forgetting how horrible the talent was on defense last season?

His body couldn't even handle 26mpg. I don't see a scenario where he averages 30mpg in SA and remains healthy.

He played 26mpg as a backup at GS. That's probably the max he should be playing at this point in his career.

It looks like they the house was built "normally" and then they put another layer of sheething/studs against that to give it the look (based off of the last pic of the slider on the side of the house).

But it does suck that a team gets hit like this due to success and cap. Bruce brown and KCP averaged a combined 60 minutes a game on that title team, these are big losses.

No one forced the Nuggets to not resign Brown or KCP, if it comes to that. That's on ownership not wanting to pay the luxury tax (i.e. the cost of retaining talent). Every good team in the league faces these challenges and the Nuggets ownership is handling it in the way that seems best fit for them.

Online retailers like bbqguys.com offer free design plans based off of your space. I'm kind of in a similar boat to you in that I had a pergola built (12x16) with a solid roof and I'm looking to build an outdoor kitchen along the 12' span (same space you have). Just building a linear kitchen with no options for a sit at bar but bbqguys offered to do a free design layout so I can visualize the grill/griddle I'm going to buy.

Since I'm DIYing the project, I'm using cement boards over metal studs (20 gauge) and some sort of composite siding for the build. Good luck with whatever option you choose!

Same. Know someone who didn't get married because the free healthcare for the kiddos would disappear as a result.
