Hi everyone, I created a video on how I cope with anxiety the other day. Something I've struggled with in the past with social phobia, and general anxiety. I feel I've improved a great deal in recent years so wanted to share all the things I find to be helpful / do because I've read you get benefits from them.

If you're interested in the 12 minute video, I have linked it above. But in summary I talk about things like vitamin tablets, medication, green tea, cold showers, meditations, mindfulness and more and talk in detail about them.

Hope someone might find it helpful.

Thank you.

Thank you ! Glad it was helpful :)

Hi everyone,

Last year I hiked 110 miles from London (Westminster Bridge) to the south coast over 7 days, ended up in Portsmouth. It was a nice journey that I did in stages. This year I’d like to take things further by going back to Portsmouth and catching a ferry to Cherbourg in France and hiking along the Normandy coast for charity if all goes to plan.

I wanted the journey to be an enjoyable one so I went for a scenic route to the south coast that had good views. I followed the River Thames path to Weybridge, then followed the River Wey navigation towpath to Guildford. Took a little detour along the North Downs Way before going back alongside the River Wey to Godalming. Then went via Thursley Common & Devils Punchbowl to Hazlemere, then via Blackdown, Midhurst, South Downs Way. I arrived at the coast at Langstone, and hiked onto Hayling Island and along the coast to Portsmouth.

If interested I also created a narrated film of London to the south coast that can be seen here 👉 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f-L0IQ-y3bU cheers 👍

Hi mate, I walked around 21 miles on my longest day and 10 miles on the shortest so a range of hours. But I'm normally hiking from like 9am - 6/7pm. And thank you👍
