Anyone had this happen to them?
Im charged over $1k for my claim, but tracking says it was delivered to "an individual".
I also took a pic of the return box that they provided.
Their customer service is still closed, but want to check in here and see whats the best course of action in case they refuse to acknowledge the tracking status.
