my instinct is to look for something thats administrative or operations so Im just doing simple grunt work. I know python and excel so my plan is to automate everything 🫣

interestingly it went smoothly. They acknowledged that the brokem device was delivered based on the tracking number.

I also showed them a picture of the label/package that it was the box they provided.

They left a note in my claim number, and told me to contact Tmobile and give them my claim number.

Tmobile agreed to reverse the charges. Im glad it went smoothly (so far)
