Size and shape on the female Not all look good with bigger and definitely hard to pull off smaller but definitely no pancakes or skin tags
Just smoke some regular eggs when u are doing a smoke on anything else in a tray When u go to make egg salad or potato salad with those Mmmmmmmm

Don't understand why u want to strip the current paint If it has good adhesion to the plastic leave it there and just use a good fine grit to smooth out that original orange peel and spray it up
