In the brewing industry, they’re known as a “hype” brewery where all they care about is putting out whatever weird flavor (pickle beer, pizza beer, puppy chow, etc) using ingredients NOT traditionally used in beer. You can hide a whole lot of off flavors and “bad brewing” by throwing a shit ton of hops and weird ingredients in something. Don’t get me wrong, HF uses flavors too, but their beer is still cleaner
