As someone else mentioned you should ask in the sub for the Kansas area that the house is in. A helpful realtor could put you on the right track. It depends on Kansas law but rather than a realtor what you probably need to find are an attorney and an appraiser (and a mortgage lender, once you have an agreed deal). Because it's a KS property, you won't find what you need in FC.
If there's a lawyer handling the estate from which you inherited, or one who drafted the will, I'd start there. If not, as an alternative you want a lawyer who's versed in property law. You can usually find a list through a state's Bar Association website.
