To add to all the below, necklines are the devil. You have to do a lot more things to make them perfect. For instance, every edge of a neckline pattern piece shoud be stay stiched. AND you should baste it together, not just using pins, so it will be stable as it goes through the machine. You have some stretching of peices here and that's why the top stitching is not symmetrical.

Ginko biloba is supposed to help concenrtation and memory. Damiana helps anxiety.

It is definitely NOT from the actual lifespan of the band. The tag says it is 90s or later. And that tank style feels more late 2000s to me. I wouldn’t really call it vintage at all, just retro.

HORRIBLE. Do not waste your time and money.

OP, you KNOW this is wrong. It is OK for you to stand up for yourself since your parents will not. Do not let them tell you this is normal - this is NOT normal. Besides all the excellent advice in this thread about reporting, which you must do, here’s another idea. ANY time you are in the same room as him have an open, large drink in your hand. If he touches you, throw the drink in his face and SCREAM “STOP TOUCHING ME! YOU ARE CREEPY!”. Do this a couple of times and he will stop. Yes, this may create a little friction, but it should shame him AND your parents, and what is the worst the can do to you for this? All you are doing is defending yourself. Be LOUD about it. Make sure the neighbors can hear it if they are close enough.

This does sound like your sunscreen and foundation are not compatible. These days it is hard to find a foundation that DOESN’T already have sunscreen on it, so that removes one product. I only use regular sunscreen on my body now, my face, neck, décolletage all get the foundation. I also am a fan of the Supergoop spray that is a sunscreen setting spray, so you can re-apply over your makeup if you are out in the sun for a while.

Or New Orleans. On my first visit there I thought I was getting terrible service everywhere, then I realized it was great service, just half the speed I was used to.

I like to keep the internet connectivity locked down with my bank and Quickbooks. I feel like the shopping cart is the way in for hackers. I use the shopping cart to take orders and process payments. I dump the deposits from the bank feeds into Quickbooks and do not bother tracking individual deposits, as the customer invoices aren’t coming out of QB anyway. It’s been working this way for about 15 years so why change now!

Lately my toes have been either pearlescent white, or black pearl (with the green and purple highlights like Tahitian pearls). But then I get sick of it and go back to red.

Lipstick is a very good place to start, if you have pretty strong eyebrows you will not look unbalanced. If your brows are natural but kind of sparse, you can darken them a bit with pencil or brow powder, to balance the lips. Possibly some rouge or contouring would be a good thing. And I get what you say about eye makeup, I have a hard time keeping it on during allergy season as my eyes water a lot. So I only wear a little waterproof mascara at those times.

Yes, magnifying mirrors and glasses are a great way to start a fire. Keep a scarf or towel permanently near your mirror and drape it when you aren’t using it (keeps it dust free, too!).

To me, it isn’t vintage unless it is 1970s or earlier. And even the 60s are meh. I think it’s a matter of how old we are, I was born in 1960 so for anything in my wearing history to be considered vintage just feels like a stretch. When I started collecting in the mid 70s, it was 50s and back.

The fabric kind of shower curtains do this a lot less than plastic ones. Especially if they have magnets on the bottom. And if you leave it open a crak at the end it also helps a lot.

"And i know its just adhd and I should get by without lots of extra stuff"

That is some internalized ableism if I ever saw it. Would you tell your best frined with ADHD that?

Are you doing the actual C25K app? It has specific warmup and cooldown stretches. If you do not do them, you will pay.

  1. Are you using the correct bobbin for your machine?

  2. Is the direction of the bobbin thread in the case facing the right way?

  3. Are you holding the top thread end tight while you lower and raise it?

All of these are super easy to miss.

  1. Less dishes. If you live alone, you only need one of each, put the others away in a box. You won’t have a mountain of dishes ever again.
  2. You HAVE to wear gloves. Always. Protects your nails, too.
  3. Get a dish tub, just a little plastic tub that fits in the sink. Fill it with hot soapy water and put the dishes in it. You can lift it out of the sink if you need to use the sink, and it basically means you now have twice the sink space.
  4. Once you have done these things, make it a rule that you always do them immediately.

I struggled with dishes ALL MY LIFE and this has helped me break that programming. Tell yourself that you CAN change this.

OP, you sound petty and jealous that she can be helped by medication and you can’t. Also, make your own damned breakfast. Help out around the house, like a grown man. Encourage her to get help and get a job, she needs to be able to support herself when you decide that she isn’t good enough for you and leave her. You set her up to fail by dumping all the stuff on her that is the headset to do because it requires constituency and is BORING.

"made the bed 'wrong' and 'had no pride or respect for our things' because there was a small wrinkle in the duvet cover. I question if I'm in a borderline abusive marriage"

Nothing bordeline about that. This IS abusive.

Do: sunscreen.
Drink: water.
Eat: avocados (they really help my skin).

I admire your optimism. But to REALLY start a fashion brand takes a ton of MONEY, CONNECTIONS and LUCK.

You can design all you want, and make clothes yourself, but you will never be able to make them fast enough to make a living. Unless you are doing something very niche like bridal (the worst customers). And if you want to have them manufactured, you need a lot of cash. Like a half a million dollars to start your line would be on the low end.

The best thing to so is go get a degree in fashion design and business. Then you have a fighting chance of actually doing this. I have several friends who did but they dicovered that it is a tough busines, and it is more than likely you end up with a job that is just ordering materials.
