I also run a RP FC, but even we do most of our stuff on discord now because only about 10 out of 30 of us have an active sub. And that's only because of the anniversary event.
You say that, but there is a woeful lack of casual content. The VnC dungeons were a flop missed the mark of being approachable midcore content. The clear rates/engagement are abysmal. Look into them.
And Manderville weapons aren't even content.

I am actually shocked they haven't made a follow up to the back step that isn't something as flashy and dramatic as Zansetsuwhatever in PvP. It would be right on point for flavor for our favorite weeb job, even if a little clunky.
