Awesome! Keep the momentum going! You've got this!
The real problem, or a large part of it, is lack of mental health and drug rehabilitation services, coupled with municipalities busing their homeless here. This high rise does absolutely nothing to address those issues.
Apparently the $800 million wasn't enough. Now they want to raise our sales taxes to help the homeless.
Yeah, really looking forward to paying even more taxes here with nothing to show for it.
It makes no sense at all, I agree. A lot of what we see in terms of lifestyle is all smoke and mirrors created by large amounts of debt.
A good friend of ours recently told us our approach to money was "simplistic" because we didn't want to go into debt buying real estate. We sleep soundly at night, knowing that if it all hits the proverbial fan, we have a paid-off roof over our heads. I'm not sure our friends would be so worry free under those circumstances.
All told, being debt free gives us peace of mind. Other people are entitled to their opinions.
That sounds amazing! I will have to try this!
Let's get some genetic genealogy going on this case!
The prices are horrendous. The cost of borrowing money is what makes it nearly impossible.
The history and physical are still the most important parts of the differential diagnosis.
Awesome. What happened to the money?
We felt at home instantly after moving here many years ago. I think it helped that we both grew up in states where the winters were very harsh.
I read that this is the fourth person to come forward claiming to be Cherrie Mahan. Imagine how wrenching this is for Cherrie's family.
That's still much less than the amount of money some agencies are spending.
That photo is heartbreaking. That poor child.
It was surprisingly anticlimactic. I did notice the weight of having a mortgage hanging over my head dissipate with time.
What is Paying off your Mortgage suppose to feel like?
