If I let the migraine roll without taking medication, both ends get involved. It’s a real treat when your head is already throbbing in massive pain. Zero stars.

My grandmother always said it just wasn’t as hot then. But houses had higher ceilings as well as the fore mentioned attic fans and dog trots. Some homes had much thicker walls for insulation.
When I’m in pain, communicating what I need is very difficult. When he’s not in pain ask your partner if he needs a dark, quiet and (for me) cold room? If you don’t have them already, blackout curtains. Have an ice hat ready to go if they’re helpful. Does he prefer to be alone or have someone near by? Questions like these. You’re a good partner to ask!! This sub has a lot of great information too.
My sweet Gracie. She taught me how to love completely. Best friend. Her death was the hardest thing I’ve lived through. I miss her everyday. Will be 2 years since she passed.
I’ve had that before - like waves. It always makes me think the migraine is starting to abate. Then NOPE. I have no idea what’s happening physically though.

I use a specialized oral device- it pushes your jaw forward so you can breathe better. You can get from some dentists and online now too. I wasn’t able to use CPAP.
Came to say this. There wasn’t enough ketchup is this world to make that palatable.
I tried this last year and it worked: after you mow your current Horseherb, spread out the clippings to other areas where you want it to grow. It’s not fast but they will spread.
Oh yes. Especially the really bad ones. I feel like I lose IQ points.
