Would love to do this. However I’m worried about the standing water, as nothing would be able to grow in what is essentially a pond. Any ideas how to amend the soil so it drains better? Maybe the well idea that 24Bob mentioned and plant some water loving plants on top?

Makes sense to me. The bands being used for resistance and being anchored down by weights. He’s not trying to pull the weights, the tension created by running closer to the front of the treadmill makes it more difficult to run - hence resistance training.
I learned to cut my own hair during Covid and it’s been a blessing since I have to maintain every 2 weeks (at least). Saves me a lot of money and i do a pretty decent job. Number 2 on the side fading to a 3 or 4 to the top end.
