I have a use case where I convert text to speech for my business using open AI. I have set up conversion and translations using Make.com so that it happens with just one click. The files are then uploaded on an app. However the MP3 output files are very huge. The App I work with only accepts MP3 and has a limit on file size. Is there a way that I can reduce the size of the output file from Open AI but keep MP3 format? (Currently I’m compressing after downloading which is very inefficient)

If what you are looking to build is very simple and if the outsourcing team has built something very similar it may not be bad bcoz they will just copy paste most of the code. In our case the standard functionalities were built easily and worked well the custom flows were a pain.
20$ in US can buy different things depending on whether you are in NYC or milwaukee :) while I would say about 800 Rs is ok in terms of parity of what you could buy (a decent meal for 1), Rs 1000 is a nice round figure that people might appreciate more. I’m assuming that you are thinking of Swiggy specifically because of a meal thing. If not Amazon India or flipkart gift vouchers are more common as ppl can buy something to remember a project completion etc…
Getyourguide commission
Hello, I recently tried listing some activities on getyourguide. The visibility and traction seem good but 30% commission seems way too much. It says that the rates reduce for bulk tour suppliers. Any idea what that means or how many tours and activities it would require to get that? Has anyone tried to negotiate these rates? Would also love to hear how viator is working out for ppl who are listing new activities. I heard that the platform is saturated. They have lower commission rates but are charging for listing itself…

I have dietary restrictions so I always ask ahead about the restaurant and do a quick search on Google to check menu, prices and reviews. You can always say you have certain dietary preferences and do the same. You can then decide if you want to join or find your own place… it also gives you a good excuse to move to another restaurant if you want to (I know it’s my right yo choose but I hate seeming rude)
