There’s a sandwich shop in Barcelona called Bo de B, probably one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had (and only for €5!) right by the beach as well

For London, I know people have mentioned Dishoom, but if you go out to the Whitechapel area there’s a ton of Pakistani/Indian options there as well. Also recommend Xi’an Impressions in Islington as well as Bocca di Luppo for Italian food and Aline for Lebanese

Unpopular opinion but I thought it was decent at best? I enjoyed the cinematography, don’t get me wrong, but the script/Korean acting was so stiff from Greta Lee.

Maybe I’ve seen way too many Korean dramas but the plot was also v underwhelming for me overall

If I remember correctly, AA gets up to 20 tickets, so depending on the match you plan on going, the bigger the team, the less likely you’ll get tickets

It’s called City too busy to hate, it’s too busy stuck in traffic, that’s why

I grew up in Brunswick so it's always a pleasant surprise to see it mentioned positively. I agree that SSI is much better but Brunswick has gotten a lot better the last time I visited.

lol never expected Brunswick of all places to show up on this list

What I don't understand is that some of my friends will take their shoes off in their house, but when they forget something as they're about to leave, they don't take the shoes off and just walk into their house (which defeats the whole purpose)

Also don't understand people not wiping down their dog's paws after walking outside, disgusting

You both need to get a membership - if you’d like, DM me and I’m happy to share my membership for a match you’re planning to attend so you don’t have to get 2 memberships

I just don’t want the one 3rd party Reddit app I use to also get banned

Don’t forget though, if you decide to go more than once and you win the first time, then your AA membership can’t win another one

Shipping to US

Hi All,

I'm in the US and looking to purchase a third kit as well as a practice kit, but the shipping costs look pretty exorbitant - is there a way that I can work with someone on this sub to potentially see if there's a way to get them shipped at a lower cost?

Yeah I made a thread about this a few days ago here , I'm leaning towards not getting an AA membership at the end of the day because of the reasons mentioned in the other comments.

The only match that would make sense to get it for is the Road Trip one but if that's also on a lottery then I'm okay missing out on the experience.

This is aging like milk on a hot day :( wanted a much closer match score wise

Fullkrug is your old school number 9 whereas Kai is playing more as a false 9

Harnessing that desert storm power

What a feat!

Also, nice username, that’s an old reference

Haha, what I meant is if I got off the train on one stop and ran to the other, would I be able to catch that same train

Oh what I meant are two consecutive stops, so I guess for Harold Washington on the orange would be LaSalle/Van Buren

Has anyone tried to outrun a CTA train from one station to another?Ask CHI

I saw a video of a guy in London beating the Tube from one station to the other here and wanted to see if this was possible.

I know that Washington - Jackson - Monroe on the blue line are fairly bunched up as well as Clark/Lake - State/Lake, so wanted to see if it's theoretically doable (I know that I'm not in shape to try)

Edit: What I mean is, if you were to get off the train at one station and run to the next station, could you get on the same train/car?
