It's Okay to Not Be Okay was the first Korean movie i watched and loved it. My local homeless shelter has a shop that prints shirts and stuff to give people work experience. This month they offered hats with "It's Okay to be Not Okay" on it. I rarely wear hats and wish it was a hoodie, and worded correctly. Lol
Thank you. Both my parents were alcoholics when I was little, so I have seen how bad it could be. Thankfully they were forced into rehab and my dad has been sober since 1982. My doesn't drink but uses Rx pain meds for chronic pain (has a back surgery 25 years ago)
Congratulations, I cannot imagine how difficult this is and you are doing great.
During COVID i noticed i was drinking a lot, and mostly alone. Seeing some sober stories, I decided to not drink anymore. I wasn't a hard core alcoholic, but felt i was heading that way.
I have occasionally had a drink when put with friends. But still sober.
I thought it was going to be the white soft serve hat, not the poop one. Lol
I did this early in the game, but now my house is fully built with max storage and i have almost 10 million bells
I also forgot to mention i am in Canada

Thank you. I will. We were talking about retirement planning at the lunch table at work, (I work with a number of people near or at 30 year and contemplating retirement). I mentioned the longevity of the women on my dad's side, who I do take after physically. So my retirement planning should take into consideration that i may live to be 100. I'm not even half way there yet.
If I'm not at Costco, i get my rotisserie chicken from the grocery around the corner. They always seems to be out or very low. Too many days I've stood there and waited 15 min for one.
I got a new car a couple weeks ago, and EV and i love it. Took it on a road trip this weekend (not really far). And I love that my car gives me achievements, I earned two this weekend. This was one of them:
Aw, thanks for the tag
I accidently let Muffy leave and so desperate to get her back. You are so lucky.
I hope so, the women in his family live to late 90s. The men haven't, but he still has an older brother alive as well.
My dad turned 80 last year. At his party he said that he never thought he would love that long. He's still here.
That I am willing to stand up for myself, to go for what I feel is important to me
I don't want to be a downer, but want to vent. It's been stupid hot all week and I have to wear Cat2 PPE for electrical work (Google it). I come home exhausted.
Hubby works in an office most of the time.
Tonight me and the kids order strombolis from Pizza Pizza. I text him at 530 to let him know.
He gets home 2 hours later and is pissed there is no food for him, and that he can't check texts in the car. His commute is 40 min. There is no way he was in the car for 2 hrs. Ugh
I love them too, I have 1 so far, i want a model.
