Title is self explanatory... The only stuffed crust I can find it puzzahut or frozen at the grocery store. I don't know why but I have an abrupt desire to try a locally made one if such a thing exists.
Yoooo. The oyster selection and price! It's where all the best oyster restaurants in Rocheater supply from
Damn! Still might indulge the pizza hut, but I love the guys at that gas station and I'm all about supporting local! Thanks again!
Oh wow... I buy that pizza all the time for a coworker/friend and somehow totally forgot about it in my own time of need! Lmao. Thank you! Any idea if they actually make it? I have a strong feeling it's probably not in-house but I really have no basis for that thought.
And heard on the pizza hut! Maybe I'll let it be a guilty pleasure moment and just go with it.
Thanks for the help!
I came across it in my search, alas it isn't quite what I'm craving. Thanks for the suggestion though!
This is the best thing I will read all month, I sincerely thank you
Lux is open at 4pm and Caverlys opens at 1pm(ish)
I second bar bantam for the unique vibe aspect
Oh hhhey! I had my tonsillectomy on Friday 2/23 and hemorrhaged at 1am-ish on 1/26... came out of literally no where. Lost so much blood I had to get transfusions. Was in the hospital for 3 days making sure I was stable. I swallowed so much blood that I was shitting blood for days 😭
That shit is terrifying and knowing it happened to you at day 10 is exactly why I'm still terrified I still might die. I know it's highly unlikely, I just tend to always have an impending sense of doom.... ugh.
Lux has karaoke every Wednesday from 8-midnight, there's usually a decent turn out for jt
Ohh thanks for the tip! Luckily I have a Rx for reflux meds that I take every day, without that I wouldn't be able to eat spicy any more
I am ADDICTED to the "Crispy chicken hot peppers" from there, it's embarrassing how many times I've ordered it on doordash
As if you could mention my second home and I wouldn't respond
Szechuan Opera is a cute date spot just because of the interior of the place, also the food is good albeit a bit on the expensive side.
To be fair the market in the city is called "The Rochester Public Market" and not a farmers market like Brighton or Ithaca.
I get what you mean in general and I actually don't think that would be a bad idea to group together local farmers. It certainly would help shoppers to be more informed, and makes for a more easy conscious shopping experience for those who are not great at deciphering between local and non local
I always get a little confused by all the hate for the wholesale people on the subreddit?
I understand if you truly want to buy local and/or organic it's a but annoying, but otherwise it's still way cheaper than supermarkets.
It's a great resource for people who are living on a limited budget.
As someone who has lived in rochester on and off for 30+ years I still love to do the same search and would also find it helpful for more recent answers.... I know a lot of places but it's always nice to hear other people's thoughts and to learn about new things whether they are new new or just new to me.
Chen used to be good but they've REALLY gone downhill in the past year or two
It's too many numbers for a phone number
I've rendered it myself with fat from 7 Bridges. Super easy - just takes a little time, a pot, a strainer, and a storage container.
Thank you!! Saw this just in time. Been dragging on getting it because I didn't want to pay the installation fee
Bob is not the chef, it's a badass female, Katelin Rubens! Love to see a woman running a kitchen in a restaurant. Bob is also a fantastic chef and human being though
