I'm not sure how common this issue is, but at 30 I've been having trouble with my knee and hip when riding 2x a week while riding, and a few days after, to a point where I'm not able to rely on the knee while posting. I'm trying to follow some equestrian strength training advice, but it's been a few weeks and I'm not seeing much improvement.

Do you have any advice for exercises, supports, better technique? Better tack? I'm using a school saddle but I would be willing to look into buying my own if that is suspected to be (a part of) the issue.

And, bonus question, are you a hypermobile rider and have some general advice on how to keep yourself in one piece while riding?
