To give advice based on the book Atomic Habits:

When you notice the craving to "reach for phone", replace the reach for phone action with a good habit you want to make. Grab a healthy snack from the kitchen, walk around the house/block, sit quietly for 1 minute. Then reward yourself with a little treat like a handful of candy or an extra minute of phone time later during your set hour or two of phone recreation time. Phone recreation time should be something you enjoy and look forward to, not something you loathe yourself over.
