This has been the hottest overall year so far that I remember, Last year was really nice until late June.

It takes a lot to cool a hot house down it takes a lot less to keep a house that is cool already cool. We are 74 during the day and 71 at night all though i do move it down to 69 on occasion (damn hot flashes). It is also better for your AC unit to not have the constant up and down of temps.

I never said anything about only going though a sliding door I am saying that If you want to use a sliding under certain circumstances pet door in the wall is ideal First off not all sliders are a full 6-8 feet so can be very small. Secondly when your older and use a walker the pet door in wall can help. A typical slider is about 72" which cut a little less then 1/2 so your looking at less then 2' 10" for the actual door space. Then you put in a removable pet door that can take 10-12 inches of that space. So taking you down to under 24 inches which is no where even close to being ADA compliant at 32" opening on a door. So yeah there are reasons to not have a removeable dog door in the slider.

Actually having a pet door built in is actually really nice. My mom in law has had that in all her houses and it works so well since you still have fully opening sliders instead of a slider with a dog door insert. Having elderly or full figured ladies in the house make it a must for a full width slider.

There is obviously spray foam insulation on underside of the roof , is this ugly yes but functional also yes.

Yeah.  They are a hot mess right now but also I have sold more this week as a clothing seller than I normally do.  I guess I’ll look to the bright side.  

My only real question is will they actually refund us the fees we are being charged.

I have not changed any listings. This is something to do with the listings that are selling today.  Everything was working until today. Now two sales I am paying fees on.  

It did not work! I just had a sale and again I am being charged the fees.  Hours after the vacation mode fix

1/2 and 1/2. Not just in my coffee but also in this situation. So 3 where on offer and three out right purchase. 

Yup 2 times today. Prior today all was working fine. 

Yes exactly!  I actually did the vacation mode turn on and off, I sold something right a couple hours later and I am also being charged on that sale.   

Mercari responded to the first sale and said listings needed to be updated to not be charged.  

I did the vacation mode and then back to none vacation mode to hopefully fix this and bammm had a sale where I am being charged the fees.  

Thank you I just did that so we shall see!

I have not but I also have not updated any listings and i have listings over a year old that sold this week and had no fees. I guess I will go in an update everything just to be safe.

Mine was too. They said as soon as he woke up he was screaming and did not stop until he saw me at pick up. They were all laughing at him.

A mess indeed.  To be honest I have not been watching to closely on the glitches of this update. I have sold several listings since and all have been no fees until now.  

I have had 6 listings sell since the switch and all of them where (listed) pre 3/27 this is the only one that had this happen.
