There was just a single oyster light there before so the track light is a big step up. I’ve since adjusted these light position so they’re pointing more towards the wall behind me so they don’t bother me while working. Sometimes I leave them off because the hue backlights are enough tbh.

I’d renew the lease. No rush to buy, especially socks you sound like you really want to work towards a house. Park savings in a HISA in the meantime
