Way late to the party here but it definitely depends on frame. I’m 5’11 and my best weight is in the 155-165 range and it looks bigger on my frame. I have people assuming I’m in the 180s because I have a smaller frame and it’s mostly muscle(other than when I decided to do a marathon…that was skinny times) at 170+, my shoulders start looking too big for my frame imo
