I wouldn’t bother messing with the doors, especially if they have a good seal already. Want to keep that heat in there. Get it really hot, brush down the grates, and then spray the inside with your oil of choice - I like avacado oil. Then start cooking lol

All good. Just do what the recipe says, except pull it out of the oven with half the time left, or 1/3 left, and just pop it on the smoker. You can check to see if it’s done by poking the center with a toothpick or a fork. If it pulls out clean(ish) it’s ready

I’m not sure I follow, but we clean the peaches with a diluted vinegar spray and rub them under running water

You can pretty much take whatever tires on the beach, but you need to let a drastic amount of air out, and bring a compressor to pump them back up before you hit the road

Make sure you use coarse ground black pepper, not the fine ground table shaker pepper. You’ll get a much better bark with the coarse ground
