Every block placed, destroyed, chest opened, door opened/closed and other things causes a lag spike for like a second. This only happens every few seconds though and its in a modpack with like 380 something mods (im trying to remove some for performance). I don't get it at all but nothing I do fixes it, messing with distant horizons seems to help a bit. Also there's a ton of entity lag. I'll DM a modlist if you want it.
