I understand this is more an issue with the OS than Octoprint, but feels like I'm more likely to encounter someone who's seen this before trying to set up Octoprint than anything else.

Hardware: AIO PC (Don't have a Raspberry Pi, PC has the advantage of a native display)
Distro: Raspberry Pi OS, as suggested by this guide on Octoprint.org Install method: octoprint_deploy

I have the computer set to a static IP of 192.168.50.50, Octoprint service on Port 5000. Wifi signal is strong, router isn't reporting any issues.

Sometimes it works perfectly fine.
Other times, I have to keep refreshing the page until Octoprint finally loads.
Sometimes if I just let it sit, it eventually loads on its own.
Sometimes pinging it helps. One thing I really don't get is why I get a response from a different IP sometimes

Pinging 192.168.50.50 with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 192.168.50.85: Destination host unreachable.
Reply from 192.168.50.85: Destination host unreachable.
Request timed out.
Reply from 192.168.50.85: Destination host unreachable.

Am I missing something obvious here?

Raspberry Pi OS doesn't have much in the way of diagnostic information that I can readily identify.
