And one of the things I've noticed is that whatever ethnic cuisine it is often has a bit of a middle eastern taste to it. I imagine it's similar to if an Italian owned a middle eastern restaurant the first thing they're going to think is missing from the food is more garlic. Middle Eastern taste buds will want to add some masala maybe? Maybe the taste iis catered to the population.

It would depend on where is introduced. It's not immediate but the most common problem isn't going to be the bends it's going to be an air embolism. It's not terrible. I did it in my mid-40s and was out of shape. I didn't exercise very often. I was capable of riding about 10 miles on a bicycle or hiking like 5 miles. But there are those idiots who have trouble with a few flights of stairs who think they can do this. They absolutely can't. If you are in reasonable shape it's challenging but not prohibitive.

Opinion as a consumer not an industry person: 10 min walk is premium. That would be 1/2 mile. 15 min drive is probably as far as you would want to be desirable. In winter weather this is less than 10 miles.
