I received an expensive card from Japan that had a very small dent in it just like this. I kept it in the sleeve and pressed it over a couple of days in a heavy book with some other heavy things on top and when I sent it in for grading I received a 10. I recommend trying to carefully flatten it.
The average value of that card raw is $1000 so you would have to submit it at the minimum as Standard for $35 through CGC or you can pay $70 for Express and get it back in ~5 days
PSA has always been the way to go if you're looking for the most value. I personally only collect CGC slabs because I love the way the crystal clear slabs look and I also really enjoy the subgrades.
