I bought a kit to kill the auto-off feature. It’s annoying and potentially dangerous, so I always disable them now. If you also want it off-by-default, this is the one I used. Been mostly happy with it. (In the 2 years I’ve had it, maybe 2-3 times it didn’t work and the engine died at a light and I had a slight moment of dread. 🤣)
