The shoes are inappropriate, they look like a summer beach sandal. The skirt is too short and you should wear something that goes to the knee, think about how much it will ride up when you sit down. Apparently an unpopular opinion but I would stain it blonde. The orange and black is not a good look and tbh, I think it looked better before but since you can’t go back, blonde top is the best option now.

Fill in and brush your brows. Go thinner (much thinner) on the eye liner and focus on making your lashes look fuller with a better mascara. Use warmer eye shadow colours like browns, golds and peach. Use a fuller coverage foundation on areas where you can see redness (nose and cheeks mainly). Use blush to add colour back in. Use a natural nude/mauve lipstick or lip stain.

Just wondering what size the previous designer was then? Straight sized people can design plus size clothes and do so successfully all the time but it requires time and market research, two things this rebrand is lacking.
