I can’t help out in person but I can give some advice based on my own experiences.
PT’s are great as a starting point but they’re not really long term as they’re so expensive and sometimes can be a total scam.
Download an app called HEVY. You can put together your own workout plans and it shows you lists of muscle groups so you can easily see how to do the movements and it helps track progress. Take a look at some of the social media people for inspiration but don’t pay too much attention as you can be hit with 40 different opinions, the key is to find things that you think look good and give it a go.
Go for a week then a month then I’m pretty sure you’ll get into the routine and feel the bug, once you start to regularly go you’ll get addicted to feeling good.
Good luck and keep at it, remember you’re there to work on yourself and no one cares or is looking at you, your relationship with the gym will be long so don’t rush and learn to be comfortable in the environment
