Airlines don’t want an accident, it cost them far more than the money they make keeping an unsafe aircraft in service.
Pilots will also voice their concerns if they had any and so would the unions for the pilots. Believe it or not, when I’m flying I have a vested interest in getting there safely.
Basically what I’m saying is there are two sides to every story, and the truth in the middle. You haven’t found the middle yet.
The Lear 60 is a great jet. It’s going to eat your lunch for a few hours, just focus on what they’re telling you to do and you’ll be fine.
I miss the Lear sometimes… because you can literally get above almost everyone…. But… at the same time, I feel safer not flying it. Haha
