I was on quite a roll for a little bit.

Very, very weird but mostly good so far!

I watched Inside Out the same day I saw the second and in my opinion if you put the 2 together you get one of the most important films to show any young person growing up.

Late Night With the Devil, Inside Out 2, Challengers, I Saw The TV Glow, there are some really good ones this year.

You’re not supposed to like a heel. That’s the whole point of them being a heel.

Babytron left and I was having fun and then that bitch came back 😭 My girlfriend started dying laughing when Em’s verse went back into the hook. That hook is fucking terrible.

I just watched In A Violent Nature and I gave it a 1/2 star. I was unbelievably disappointed with that one. Atlas and Madame Web are the other 2 I’ve given a 1/2.

Tony and Nick are on the same card in 2024 but they’re not fighting each other. Is this real life? Are Dana and the matchmakers really that blind?

Draw. Dead even 3rd round, other 2 rounds were both clear for either side.

I haven’t forgotten the feeling I had after Not Like Us dropped and it very much felt like a bait track disguised as a victory lap track. Yes, it was very much a celebratory track, but the feeling I had after hearing it for first few times was that Kendrick wanted Drake to respond. The 1 2 3 4 5 +5 line was the biggest one for me.

It is fucked right up to me how good he sounds here considering how bad he sounded in the debate. And I say that while hearing him cough through this whole thing. 😂

Edit: I said this while watching the debate highlights that it doesn’t matter what he prepares for a speech. He has to improvise off of what Trump says to him. He’s doing so well here because there’s no one interrupting his thought process.

Late Night With The Devil, Inside Out 2, Furiosa.

Pretty great year for movies so far imo. Dune 2 and I Saw the TV Glow round out the top 5.

I very much disagree with Rocky not being an A-tier rapper, especially in today’s age.

He doesn’t have to, but I think this summer is the best opportunity he’s going to have with dropping one. It’s not that he cares so much about the commercial success, but it’s that everyone is so tapped in the aspects he does care about. His people and the culture. It doesn’t get much bigger than this. An album the same summer he destroyed Drake is ginormous.

God I wish this just had a little more time for promotion and hype. It doesn’t feel like this massive fight should be happening this weekend but fuck it.

In hindsight this was an awful move by Drake. But when he dropped it that night I was shook as fuck and I was praying for Dot to drop. All we had to go on was Drake’s word and he was actively trying to pull a Back to Back on Kendrick. It wasn’t looking good for a minute. Until the moment Dot dropped, most people were actually saying it was a genius move on Drake’s part, even people like Fantano.

Eminem himself has acknowledged Kendrick as one of the greatest to ever do it. Meanwhile, Eminem is one of Kendrick’s biggest inspirations and Kendrick is very open about that. I put Kendrick over Em at this point but I put Kendrick over everybody.

He has a couple posts on Jojoruski still of him locked in making music. If he has an album I don’t see why he wouldn’t drop it this Summer. He’s riding the biggest wave of his career right now.

I thought the whole world was going to rejoice over Lisa Frankenstein. Love that film.

Even if it’s the first time they’ve done it, if a fighter was obviously going to be taken down without the fence grab, they should have a point taken away.

Either make fence grabbing legal or enforce the rule more ffs

My jaw dropped, my girlfriend cracked up laughing. Johnny Walker doing Johnny Walker things once again.
