I know this is an old post but I have been making videos for a few years that many fit into the same vein (especially skiing ones). I'm still always learning about the filming side but think they have gotten solid enough to shoutout as scratching that same itch

Good to know and ive had some of these mushrooms by themselves but never the blend. Will have to give it a try

Based on reaching this she seemed to always preach diet first and discuss having what sounded like well rounded and clean diet.

Since this has blown up more than i ever expected want to remind everyone:

Exercise, sleep, and diet is 95% of the puzzle and if you really want to start optimizing that 5% maybe certain supplements make sense for given situations.

I agree many people go overboard. I personally use a 2 a day multivitamin and only take one on days my diet is normal. If diet is great i will skip altogether

I do not but last time i bought sunscreen i did a quick look and based on info at the time i wound up with mineral based to avoid any hormonal impacts.

I dont recall how solid evidence was here but personally rather have a little more white on my face than mess with endocrins

I wound up buying bsbyganics which can be found most places. I am not sure what Rhonda recommends but heard peter attia mention hes looking at research and planning a podcast on findings which i am looking forward to.

I couldn't find the exact dosage here but she mentions it in the same bucket as Sulforaphane as Dr. Fahey, who as i understand did much of the Sulforaphane research found it also impacts nrf2 pathway in similar manner.

The reccomned kuli kuli brand has a dosage of 2 tsps so i assume that is dosage.

Hope this helps but i probably should dig in more here and see if there is anything more specific

I spent soo much time listening through Q&As/ podcasts but am sure there are some updates and would love to get them set straight.

She says magnesium threonate does not increase magnesium levels much so should not be counted at daily magnesium intake.

I can try and add some of these details and be more clear which ones she takes daily vs. occasionally. Great suggestion

She breaks things up as things taken in morning and those in evening. EG: coco in morning and magnesium in PM

Yeah . I had a bunch of notes from podcasts and interviews but spent the last couple of weeks putting it all together into a cohesive place .

Mostly started for my own recall but figured i would make it look decent and share with others after putting in all the effort.

Many she mentions taking daily but some she says she only takes when diet is lacking or for specific things. The sections on the individual supplements go into this but i am basing this off blog articles, podcast, and interviews over a handful of years so she may have removed or added things .

Basically this is the best info i could find online so take it as that
