I always knew he would be more than a bodyguard, I have been reading Lookism since 2017 (even before the 4 crews became a major plot point) and just looking at his design I could tell he was gonna be important later on.

Same, before Daniel went UI I tought Gun had eye tats of smt lol.

For real, before interacting with the comunity Gun was one of my favorite characters. Now I just want him to lose so they stop yapping

Samuel watching everything unfold by the side of the road.

Back when injuries actually affected the characters lol

Arranca Mandíbula é nome de cachorro manso, o problema é quando o nome é Princesa

The first 300 chapters of lookism the pacing was nearly perfect wtf are you talking about, there were no dragged out fights back then, everything had an actual meaning and helped the characters grow.

I know PTJ needs to make money but so many mangakas and manhwa artists make money amd keep the story quality consistent and actualy interesting, and I know PTJ won't care about a single coment in a subreditt he problably doesn't even know about, but I still can give my opinion, this community is mostly about fans talking with other fans about what they think about Lookism.

I hope the fight escalates to them actually doing some good damage to Gun without any top tier intervention, to show that at least some of these characters ae getting closer to the top. I hope Mandeok puts a good fight next chapter and isn't one shotet.

It's better than the "character gets power up >> gun oneshots them >> another character gets power up" fromula this fight is going to be. At least try to make something different. Every single character here knows they are not on Gun level individualy, so make them plan this actually do some damage at least, they fought together against BH(I know he isn't on the same level as Gun).

This thing was planned so why didn't they actually make some kind tatic to fight him.

Nope, he fought jerry 1 year before the current events (more or less) before Jake went to prison.

Why show it them ? Just skip all the bullshit and make him fight James lee, or Tom or whoever, we already know every single one of them is gonna be defeated easily by Gun anyway, why make these cliffhangers as if anything different is gonna happen.

There's literally 7 mfs fighting Gun and they are generally around the same level, yet they can't even give Gun a little trouble, every time they grow stronger the difference in power between them and the top tiers just grows even more, so PTJ has to create another power up for everyone, the same thing has been for the last 100s chapters, this is just boring at this point.

I care about Mandeok, but I already know that Gun will oneshot him in the most predictable way possible, so no reason to get hyped.

Great artwork, I can see this as an enemy in a souls game lol.

I agree that the scene was effective the way it was bit I have to disagree about the criticism, people should be allowed to critic a scene on a show without being told to make their own or watch something else, I at least like to critic things that I actually care about and want to succed.

It's not as bad as the red wedding even in the books, what made the red wedding impactful was that we knew the characters being betrayed and killed, it was "unespected", but was being built up for a long time.

Blood and Cheese was impactful sure, but in a smaler scale, for it to be a "red wedding" we should at least have some development for the kids or helaena beforehand and that didn't happen in the books either.

I also didn't like how they made the scene in the show, but if you were expecting a red wedding level scene you would be disapointed even if it was exactly like FB.

Most people here are not complaining about blood or gore, they didn't even need to show the children in the scene for it to be impactful, I personally don't gace anything against the way the scene played out in the show, the acting was good but it just felt too rushed and could have been better.

They literally don't have Maelor in the show, I think the maesters made him up too for green propaganda lol.

I can't say this on behalf of everyone but i couldn't care less for the gore of the scene, but it didn't have any of the emotional weight it has in the book or in the animated lore videos, they didn't even need to show the actual child murder, just the dialogue and the choice Helaena had to make could generate an actual impact in the scene.

I understand they wanted it to be more subtle given the way Healena character has been portrayed but it just came off kind meek and weightless.

To be fair they never prepared him to be king (at least it was never shown nor said), and suddenly they stage a coup and he is put in that position.

He seems like a hedonist, and someone that wants people too like him, he probably would be cool with Rhaenyra being queen as long as he could keep partying with his buddies lol.

Porra man, eu não gosto do Ney como pessoa, mas a derrota na copa de 2022 foi culpa de qualquer 1 menos dele.
