The drip pan under our AC unit has developed a small leak. The way it's mounted I can only reach the bottom of the pan. I am thinking about cleaning and drying the bottom around the leak then applying JB Weld to seal it up.
First: Is JB Weld a viable solution here or is there something that would work better?
Second: Will JB Weld make a good patch if there is still a little moisture around the leak?
It's a small leak and I don't really want to pay a plumber $100 just to drive to the house.
Thanks!
