I agree, he really is more of a Battle Gerbil.

I'm with you, I watched it for the first time late last year and thought it was pretty on-par with the average DS9 episode. I definitely enjoy Way of the Warrior, Hippocratic Oath and especially Indiscretion a lot more. Watched it with my partner for her first/my second time a couple of nights ago being prepared to watch it differently due to online hype but it didn't really do it for us. The dynamic seemed a little odd in the house at first (love Todd as Kurn though, probably my =#1 Klingon actor and he's impressive in this episode) and the message was nice but it didn't grab either of us honestly, even after one of us having gone through the trauma of a father dying before his time.

I'm happy other people can find it to be so powerful and enjoy it so thoroughly, but my favourites lie elsewhere.

As a teacher I'd find it more pleasant (read: less unpleasant) walking into a mixed room after recess than all-boys or all-girls.

Must've missed the "Whistling into a Coin Laundry" presentation.

So I guess Succession would be the example of it being done well, by characters we love yet completely disagree with?

Could've reached into their pocket for the detonator for a nuke too so probably good thing they were taken down immediately.

Weird dude but I thought he was fantastic in Dallas Buyers Club.

Can’t believe I had to scroll so far for this. Guess it’s getting old but this is my number 1 for sure!

I like this answer but then who'd be the equivalent of Akebono?

Wow congrats man! Can't believe it's been a year since the last vid, can't wait to watch you at worlds!

Good to see your humour chip is still up to date!

Just checking in George, you see why it's a great joke now?

I hope you're successful in getting a new trial and hopefully convincing them to run the DNA test. The state of the legal system in the US is absolutely abhorrent.

Simple and stylish much like our favourite tailor! How would you feel about a Risian traditional?

Nah it's worse than Strongman because every other Strongman contest has caught up with the times (mostly). WSM just so happens to be the most popular but it hasn't been the best run in over twenty years. WSM don't have the whole 'culture' argument to fall back on though.

How is there enough space in the front row(s) to move around for someone to piss? Sounds highly dubious - not the pissing but the not getting hit part!

Well I was until I read this comment, now I'm not sure what to look forward to.

Which is like 2-3 episodes after he grows the beard too. I'd say DS9 gets great when Sisko dons the beard.

I'll have a few of those delicious nose clams!

Yeah I suppose there are some examples of him being progressive for a Ferengi but for each of those there's two of him being conservative. Rom's a pretty progressive Ferengi, Ishka (Mooogiiieee!) is very progressive. Not Quark!
