Take off the border and either the shower curtain rod or the glass doors since you don’t need both. A new vanity top would also update it.

My part Siamese girl Murphy, long passed, loved to knock things over, especially anything with liquids in it. I got so tired of her knocking over my bedside glass or water bottle that I bought a heavy (and expensive) pottery bottle holder. No way, I thought, could she swipe it with her paw and move it. Less than a day after brought it home I walked into my room in time to see Murphy shoving the holder forward and nearly off the nightstand by using her head to push it forward. It was like a YouTube video “Murphy, don’t you dare!”. She paused, looked at me and gave the holder the final nudge off the table. Murphy died at 19, a devil until nearly the end. I glued the broken pottery back together and it still sits on my nightstand in her memory.

There is always some color difference between the two, but I don’t think this much.

Beautiful floors! I did the same thing the afternoon after I closed on my home. The carpet was actually fast, the wallpaper took months. But it was all worth it.

I would not drywall. with that pipe mess you want something easily removable if/when you need to access the pipes. Make templates and then use 1/4 inch plywood cut to cover the holes and screwed into the existing sink back.

My Ryobi project light. Now I can actually see what I am doing.

No basement pictures because I would, bet that is where all the moisture is coming from and going down there would be hazardous to health.

I would add two wood shelves and use them to display pieces of china or pottery.

Anyone who has reached the “get this thing out of me anyway possible” stage of pregnancy. Great for you if you never reached it but I have one side of my rib cage out about an inch further than the other from the pressure of little feet pushing on it.

Of all the ways that we might die, statistically going in a plane crash has to be near the bottom. You have a 1 out of 3.75 million chance of dying by shark bite and a 1 out of 11 million chance of dying in a plane crash. So worry about sharks.

I actually picked up a new one this year because my old Honda is 13 years old and wanted a backup for when it dies. New one works as well as the old.

If you are a homeowner you need to factor in home repair and replacement expenses, like new roofs, appliances, water heaters plus tax and insurance increases which for me have totaled thousands a year.

Unless there is plumbing or similar up in that soffit, take it out and run upper cabinets all the way to the top.

You can still buy what dealers have in stock. I was in a local shop and they had at least a dozen on the floor.

We may be seeing the cleaned up version….

Out of the hose, out of the creek and out of storm drains. We didn’t have street lights but just had to be back by dark. Usually we played yard games like pom pom pullaway or caught fire flies at dusk until one parent or the other called it dark and kids went home.
