Sell stonescale oil around 30g a stack, easy money. If you want to make the most out of fishing pick up alchemy you will get more bang from the actual oil/pots then the fish. Like Fire oil, poly black mouth oil, stonescale oil. But go even further and make the FAPs and greater fire power pots for more moolah.

I opened my door one day to find a leak like that in my furnace/AC closet (it had been building up all summer). For me it was a small leak in the condensation drain because the pipes came loose and also the copper pipes running from the AC unit weren't wrapped properly with that black rubber cover like in the picture and that was also dripping from the condensation. Both very easy fixes if it is the issue.
