I'm hobbyist myself and i use cursor and paid $20. It's worth it. Used Aider before but perhaps Aider is more for people who really know coding imo. But yeah, you do you.

Usually my workflow with Cursor is, I just chat the AI what i want, let it do the thing. Then when its finish, the code will produce in the box which have 'Apply' button in it. Click those then its change my code to new code with marking red (old code) and green (new code) so i can see what change.

Best thing i usually do with cursor is to highlight the code i want to edit then press ctrl +K. The mini chat will appear on the code, and you can chat there instead on main AI chat panel.

Its $20 subs come with small model for Copilot++. This in my opinion is better than GitHub copilot but i usually turn this off. Like OP, i chat then i go. If there is error, chat again then go. No need to really review the code in detail.

I am waiting for my subs to end coz I'm not really heavy coder. Next will use Anthropic API + cursor for a month to see how my usage is. And yes, if you don't want to subs, you can use your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key.

Am i a fanboy Cursor, Sure... Its great tools...

I remember playing hollow knight after plat Sekiro. Smooth transition i say. Plat that as well.

Lies of P really surprise me. The story is good, the gameplay is solid and spoils dark souls for me. I really want parry to work in the dark souls series for me but i never gitgud in it.

Lies of P kinda make me realize you can make both parry n dodging equally fun if done right.

Well, you can dodging in sekiro but... Yeah... Same goes to darks souls, you can parry but... Yeah...

Just found gamma like weeks ago. I don't think i will really care about the story at this point.

Some ppl are just like me. Gameplay is King.

However, i kinda saw what happened in the stalker universe while I was roaming around killing n looting stuff. Like environmental story telling really.

Unless Gamma changes the story side of things, i will be missing out on real story.

In the future maybe when I get curious, YouTube is there to tell the tales of stalkers for me.

i usually use shuriken just to get near to enemy and to kill the marksman at the Ashina castle. More to utility rather than damage dealer.

Geni took me 3 months to beat. Coz rage quit n such. Skill issues. But like others, when you beat him, Sekiro will open for you. Its like gate for what to come.

Better? None in my opinion. One close to mind is Lies of P. The parry in that game is good but got the feel the window tighter compare to Sekiro.

One thing i hate in Lies of P is when i click to attack, i cant revert back to guard. In Sekiro, if you like misclick attack, you can switch to guard almost instant if the attack animation not goes far. This makes the flow of combat more fluid.

One thing i love about Lies of P is its make other Dark Souls series feel... spoil!? if that the word. Lies is P is like the greater improvement Dark Souls for me gameplay wise.

Bloodborne. I never tried its yet coz im PC master race. But judging by other explain its combat system, its feel similar to Lies of P. The idea you can gain back the health you loss if you keep aggressive is great gameplay so, yeah. Hope Bloodborne come to PC.

But Sekiro... none is better in term of combat. This game combat is so fluid i can keep aggresive attacking without much penalty. Hard to start, easy to master...

Youtube is your friend if you want to rush games n don't mind spoiling the fun of getting challenges. I do this after months of being stuck at Geni.

Just search sekiro n name of the boss, you will find tips or even a cheese boss fight.

But sure, sekiro relies more on player skill compared to other soulborne games. You can't just upgrade to be stronger. Well you can but that later deep in the game.

Git gud i guess but seriously, it becomes easier when you know how. So, stay parry...

Cheese is good in Sekiro but at least for me, its not fun.

Unless you fight multiple enemies then, cheese time. Or bull...
