Mommy to a B/W daughter as well. Her hair is washed once to twice a week depending on how messy she gets (she's 3). Not picky with the shampoo at the moment. We condition her hair once a week with Aussie's Miracle Moist conditioner.

I will then put leave in conditioner in while her hair is wet and use my fingers to rake the product in from root to ends (currently using Camille Rose Curl Love Moisture Milk). Then, I braid her hair into two braids (nothing fancy, one on top and one on the bottom and crooked parts) to get her through the night since. This makes it easier to detangle her hair in the mornings.

Edit to add: For non-wash days I usually use Shea Moisture Coconut and Hibiscus extra moisturizing detangler on wet hair +/- moisture milk. Always making sure to rake the product through her strands.

My pug is ugly AF but her just sits in my lap for nail trims while her extra skin oozes off the sides. And as a vet assistant, these are accurate AF. I always laugh seeing these.
