You are the best for this I have been playing since release and tbh I suck but still don’t see why people think the dlc is unreasonable I went in on a ng+2 character and while I’m having trouble and takeing minimum 10 attempts per boss I still don’t think it’s unreasonable most of my deaths are just as you said i get impatient, panic role, or heal mid attack it’s my faults not the games

I’m level 207 with 60 vigor and I was trying to use golden vow and got one shot max to zero in 5 seconds
I have not I use them as my main but it looks pretty cool
