I've given up trying to use the new S2 app and wanted to downgrade all my Play:3s back to S1; there's no way with the new app.

I even put the old S2 v16.1 Android app on my phone but it refuses to do the downgrade without updating the app to the new version 80 first, which then can't do the downgrade...

They've said the ability will be back in a future update, but no timescales.

Go to play.sonos.com, have a look for yourself...

If you login to play.sonos.com you can see your system and interact with it. Over the internet. I hope everyone has strong unique passwords and Sonos has done better with their online security than their new app.

Tunein now also seems to add every podcast in a series to your playlist, I can't choose just one. I listen to one going to sleep and it was still playing when I woke up. There's no timer off anymore either (I was in bed so I'm not turning on my PC downstairs to try and get it to stop). Annoying.

I do not think the battery reports for Firefox on Android are correct, though it definitely uses a lot more battery than other browsers. Some of the statistics from the battery use were ridiculous and made no sense.

Mine looked similar on my Pixel. I could not use Firefox at all and it would somehow use 40% of the battery, according to the monitor. That's after restricting the background use and force stopping the app as well.

I stopped using it recently and my battery life has noticeably improved. I'm upset about this as it's otherwise a great browser.

I've been looking at these in dark gray or blue, but the silver there is beautiful and has me reconsidering checking them out in that color!

Nevermore are one of the very few bands I'm upset I never got to see live...

I've got an old Silverstone Raven case, whole motherboard is rotated 90 degrees so the graphics card is vertical, fans at the bottom, air vents out the top. I'm surprised it's not been done more often. Great for heavy graphics cards.

I thought they were the same... What's the difference between All Weather and All Seasons tires?

I recall that there was an earlier version of the script that made a lot more sense where they were all mercenaries paid to go, rather than scientists. Their characters make a little more sense in that case. They are all terrible scientists.

What do you think of the BRZ? I'm thinking of getting one after my Impreza.

I still miss the WP keyboard. Still not managed to get an Android one to feel quite the same.

I can highly recommend Helix Native from Line 6 if you can afford it (or indeed one of their actual hardware models)

I use Helix Native for all my recorded stuff and an LT for live performances.

I'm not sure how the preamp of the amp will get the signal to the poweramp and being able to switch without doing it fully, but I'll be interested to hear how it goes!

Look up the 4 cable method, that's what I use on my Helix LT for this exact thing. You'll need to use both the FX send and return either way to get the signal to route through the amp correctly when using the main input, the Stomp can just route the signal through unchanged or mute it depending on the path you want the signal to take.

What's Heavyweight about? Their Twitter and website give no real information about it at all.

Apparently they got the backend doing 50mph doughnuts while only translating down the road at 30mph.

Op might want to check their tyres for signs of wear though. It's not recommended in the Highway Code as it can affect longevity.

Interesting, thanks! My current semi-auto seems happiest with CCI AR Tactical, but it's not that accurate at the best of times.

I've got a Lantac on the way! Any advice on the general ammunition they like for that sort of accuracy?

Yeah, Mastodon is Twitter-ish, Lemmy is the federated link aggregator alternative
