Not quite like that. It's more correct to consider the "Pioneria" ("Pioneers") and the "Leninsky Komsomol" ("Communist Youth's Union") as patriotic organizations. These were mass organizations (for teens and more older yoths respectively) responsible for education (moral and patriotic), formation of political views, training in collective work, etc. - in other words, they implemented the SUCP's program for the education of young people.

"DOSAAF" in the Soviet Union (it also exists in modern Russia, as i know) was responsible for more practical training. It was originally created in 1920s for training in civil defense (in particular, shooting training and actions in the case of the chemical weapons usage by the enemy, which was considered quite likely at that time, since most of the major European powers of Interbellum possessed large reserves of toxic gases), but later many civil and semi-civil (useful in both peacetime and wartime) functions were added: pilot training (also, within this organization, there were clubs of aircraft modeling and airframe construction), parachuting, motosport/motorcycle sport, aerosport, speedboating, radiosport, etc.

So it's rather a coordinating agency for sports and military-civilian training.

С биологической точки зрения все романтические отношения появились и существуют лишь с одной целью - целью размножения. Люди, увы, партеногенезу или клеточному делению не научились (точнее, разучились), поэтому для этой цели на данный момент есть лишь один метод (клонирование людей незаконно и предосудительно в научном сообществе, так что этот пример не учитываю).

С социальной точки зрения всем (ну или почти всем), в общем-то, пофиг на то, как тот или иной человек хочет вести отношения. Устраивает "общаться, обниматься и целоваться" - пусть гуляет, обнимается и целуется, особых проблем как бы нет, не слышал ни об одном законе где-либо в современном мире, где отношения не для воспроизведения рода запрещены. Вопрос лишь в том, точно ли всех в паре устраивает такое положение дел - или другой человек хочет большего, но стесняется просить.

Смотря насколько "с нуля". По всяким программам для изучения по типу SoloLearn, интернет-учебникам и (когда нужно что-то отдельное узнать) форумам вроде stackoverflow вполне можно освоить всё (основы синтаксиса, основы ООП и т.д.) как минимум на минимально достаточном уровне. В остальное "доберется" с опытом.

Я вот лично изучал JS не сам, но вот Python, Forth, Java (у которой синтаксис схож с JS, хотя это язык другого назначения), Visual Basic (который старый, до 6.0 включительно, а не VB.NET - не люблю, когда работа готовой программы очень сильно зависит от установки других программ) а теперь и C/C++ и ассемблер x86 изучал(-ю) отдельно, и это вполне реально. Конечно, везде есть сложные нюансы, которые при изучении с кем-то обычно легче разобрать, но за этим исключением всё вполне изучаемо.

Прог. Например, Dream Theater (классика жанра), по типу треков These Walls и In the Presence of Enemies. Жанр довольно специфический (из-за того, что треки у многих групп, как и в более раннем прогрессивном роке с их группамм типа Rush, в среднем идут минут 7-8, а самые длинные могут состоять из нескольких частей и длиться до 40 минут), но реально эпичный.

Ну не знаю, постоянно слышу "женскую мудрость" в стиле "если мужчина изменил женщине - тот он урод, если женщина изменила мужчине - то он всё равно урод, не удержал". Я уж не говорю про то, что современный феминизм в основном борется не против дискриминации женщин, а за ограничение прав мужчин. Тем более что в большинстве современных обществ юридически закрепленные права и обязанности женщин отличаются от мужских только по одному пункту - воинской обязанности. Вот только я ни разу не слышал, чтобы феминистки выходили на митинг с криками "обязуйте нас служить в армии!".

Yes, it's more than workable. Personally, I use Windows 7 on my spare PC because of its speed and convenience. Patches were released even after support was discontinued (at least an update was released last year). Viruses are written for the most popular systems, not the oldest, so almost no one (among hackers) is looking for vulnerabilities in older operating systems. Even XP is still quite safe simply because it's used by a very small number of people. It's commercially unprofitable for attackers to create dangerous software for a small part of the market. Moreover, during these 4 years, not a single new vulnerability in Windows 7 was known.

The only real drawback of older versions of Windows (not created by Microsoft PR managers or the paranoid hysteria of people who are looking for a threat to their data in the wrong places) is the increasingly declining software support. Some developers refuse to support older iterations of Windows even when these Windows are able to run all the components included in their software. They just refuse to waste extra time on old OSS that relatively few people use (just like with hackers). Over the past year, many programs have stopped supporting Windows 7. And this is the main obstacle to using this version in 2024. Otherwise, it's quite good even now
