Once you get past the stairmaster it’s incredibly easy. If you can, I would mainly focus on the stairmaster prep.
Arm endurance portion is maybe the next toughest part but once you find a rhythm you’ll be fine.
He’s going to end this season >300 career HRs barring injury. He should finish ~700 career RBIs. And he needs like 60 more hits to reach 1000.
So he’d have 7(?) years left to reach 500 HRs with less than 200 to go. I think that’s highly doable. 550-575 career HRs. Same with 1000 career RBIs, probably finishing closer to 1200. He’s well on pace for his third 100+ RBI season. Baseball reference says he’s currently at a 166 hits a year for a 162 game average which is 1162 more hits over the remaining 7 years of his contract but with age he’d probably taper off on that so probably around 1800 hits, maybe pushing 2K if he ages well.
He’s simply a specimen that baseball hasn’t seen before. Someone his size is a small forward usually. But i think in order to extend his career he’d be moved to either 1B or DH in the next few years so that we can keep his offensive production up as he loses a step in the outfield.
