I think the cyber truck would make the 2023 overrated things list for sure. Elon is a 90s kid.

Cyber truck is the modern version, Elon grew up in the 90s.

It is kinda a GenX thing. Like the X games were us in our 20s Snowboarding, skiing, and skating. Everything was extreme in the 90s—pick an activity, someone was doing and extreme version on it.

You look really good. You’re blessed with a healthy functioning body and can change it pretty easily. Eat better, sleep eight hours, water, lift weights two to three times a week abd some cardio…but diet is key. Your metabolism and hormones will kick in. Make it a lifestyle and permanent. You will look and feel great. You will live longer with less diseases. Try Tai Chi or yoga later.

Edit: first time adding significant muscle is rough, but you are like six months from seeing some really good definition and size. In a year you’ll be jacked. Trust me, your body is still developing and maturing. The best body builders are older….
