I'm all four replacing him. I just think that he's an easy scapegoat.

I think we get 2 x DPs in during Leagues Cup...

I think that changes the math. I also wonder if Racing is going to buy Sosa in a couple weeks so they can get exclusive rights to him before other salary bidders come in.

I don't actually care about tonight's match...I have pointed to it being a throw away match for nearly a month... even before GG and Almada were sold.

I watched the match... just like you. That match was even... Semantics

Honestly... it's very tight... VZ would likely be slight favorites...

The bookmakers would have the US as favorites over VZ...

How are the refs so poor lately? That's as obvious as it gets?

I think you didn't comprehend what I said... or maybe I conveyed my point poorly.

Everyone in the universe knows their goal was not valid.

They played their entire first team... no changes as some expected with the group all but wrapped up.

The xG with that offside shot (0.73 xG) discluded was within 0.25. The US was in the match the entire time despite embarrassing officiating. Uruguay knows that was an even match...several of their players admitted as much.

Kid has something to prove. Still lots to learn but he has multiple facets to his game that are not really teachable. Just has it...

Hope he can handle all the physical play he is going to come up against. If he can, he's going to turn into a 50M player...

It's not Greggs fault Ricardo Pepi (the QSMNT poster boy of overrated talent) can't finish.

Canada plays the way we did in 2010... I'm all for it.

Watch Switzerland today... it's EXACTLY the style we should be playing. It's skillful but heavy on countering with great athletes.

The talent level is HIGHLY overstated.

That's been the entire point. We have a lot of players playing in good teams... but we expect them to perform like they are STARS of teams in the top 5 leagues...

We have 3 players that other top 15 teams in the world would be all about having in their squad....Pulisic, Jedi and half a Tyler Adams and Mckennie... yet everyone acts like we are so above everyone in talent. We are the best team in Concacaf and a top 20 global team... I hope we improve, but trying to beat the world at its own game is tough.

I just want to know what happened... because it is not on the pitch play. He's a special on the ball talent and seems to bust his nuts even when things are going wrong for him.

Maybe he is an insufferable asshole but watching the u20 World Cup... never got the sense his teammates disliked him.

Nope, just more predictable witch hunting.

You mean the first game where we dominated an inferior opponent...

The second where we played a man down for 70 mins and still almost held on?

The third where we played the CONMEBOL WCQ leaders to a literal stalemate when they played their first team... and our beat striker had to be subbed off?

I'm super happy to get a new voice in... but at some point, the players that every USMNT supporter fawns over need to accept responsibility. The funniest part about that is... they actually have, and the QSMNT just can't accept it.

I am assessing quality.. The fact that you guys can't figure out that MLS is actually a pretty decent league that consistently produces good players...

Gotcha....

2nd worst... and worst historically is more accurate.

I genuinely think they are tier 3... which includes Paraguay, Peru, and sadly now... Chile... Bolivia is in tier 4 all by themselves.

With exactly one win in WCQ... at home vs Chile who had a red card in the match.

I watch VZ... I really hope they qualify... but it's not that likely. They got an amazing draw vs the worst Brazil team in 4 decades.... Once they start playing Argentina, Uruguay etc... the fun will end.

In easily the worst group of the tournament aided by an early red card from Ecuador.

Context never applies to Gregg with you guys... but everyone else gets a pass for flukes. It's actually hilarious.

This place would have gone ape shit if Gregg drew Venezuela.... you are very aware of that.

I have watched every Venezuela match in the last 8 years...I know their level.

They are much improved... still not going to qualify for the World Cup.

Gregg absolutely punched the Panamanian player. I was there...I saw it.

You guys sure are fawning over a draw against Conmebol's second worst team... a match that coincidentally featured 20 players who are playing in.. or have recently played in MLS.

Crepeau, Johnston, Bombito, Cornelius, Davies, Osorio, Shaffelburg, Laryea, Larin, Ahmed, Oluwaseyi, Kone,

Soteldo, Herrera, Martinez, Cadiz, Casseres Jr, Navarro, Romo, Savarino

Take an old aluminum shaft that you don't use. Insert it into your dart, then place the shaft into a bitted drill and tighten.

Use a soft toothbrush and dawn dish soap. Run the drill over the sink or garage floor. Will be clean as a whistle in about a minutes worth of revolutions and won't remove the coating/paint. Rinse and repeat for each.

And I find it very ironic that any US Soccer fans would be so gung ho about Jesse Marsch. ..considering the idea of their team out spiriting and out working/athleting other teams was very "2010" for their palates...

US fans think their talent is beyond "industry".... but they are very wrong
