Here's the thing to remember.. if you miss your turn, or it looks like you're gonna miss your turn.. let it happen. You can get back to where you're going. Don't dart across traffic or try to make a dangerous decision to make a turn.. keep going, let your GPS recalculate, and go from there, might take you a couple extra minutes, but even if you end up late to something all you have to say is "Pittsburgh traffic" and 9 times out of 10, whomever you're talking to will go "right?!" and move on.

It may be, but just because she gets it at X age doesn’t mean she needs to use it at X age. As she gets older explain to her what it is. And what it means. Say that if there are things she wants she will be able to get them. But it doesn’t refill. When it’s gone it’s gone. At the age of attainment she can roll it into a personal account and let it sit there until she needs it. Or let it generate income for her.
