That is what I am afraid off, that means in order to upgrade the CPU, i have to upgrade to MOBO which means I have to upgrade the RAM and might as well upgrade the PSU. So in summnary, might as well build a new one technically.

GTA V is a very intensive graphic game, you need a good GPU to run it, i.e. Desktop Computer with good Graphics Card. It is most likelycnot running because your using the integrated graphic card.
